BlueBird Bistro & Wine Bar began with two passions under one roof — Gina’s love of scratch baking and Darryl’s lifelong work as a music impresario and wine enthusiast. What started as a hobby and a craft grew into a shared vision: a neighborhood bistro where food, wine, and music come together with warmth and intention.
Located in the historic Peacock Arts District of Fort Pierce, BlueBird offers fresh‑baked goods, soups, salads, sandwiches, charcuterie, and a curated selection of wine, craft beer, and non‑alcoholic beverages. Every item is made with care, and every bottle is chosen to complement the experience.
